The terms for using Stitch Drip’s website, design tools, and ordering services.

Using the service
These terms apply to stitchdrip.com and its design and customer tools. By creating an account or submitting an order request, you agree to these terms. You must be an adult with authority to act for yourself or the organization you represent. Separate written agreements or approved order terms control if they conflict with these general terms.
Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious files, or submit unlawful, infringing, threatening, or deceptive material. We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address misuse or security concerns.
Requests, quotes, and payment
Submitting a cart or collection is a request for review. No payment is collected at that submission step. We verify items, availability, decoration, final pricing, shipping, taxes, and timing before sending approval and purchase details. A request or automated acknowledgement does not bind us to fulfill an order. Production proceeds only after the required approvals and agreed payment arrangements. Quotes may change before acceptance if selections, supplier pricing, availability, or project scope change; we will seek your approval for material changes.
Products and previews
Product photographs, screen colors, size charts, and design previews are guides. Actual materials, garment colors, measurements, print appearance, and embroidery may vary within reasonable manufacturing and production tolerances. Availability is subject to supplier confirmation. We will not make a material substitution without approval.
Artwork and intellectual property
You retain your rights in artwork you supply and give Stitch Drip permission to store, adapt, reproduce, and share it with service providers as needed to quote, proof, produce, and deliver your requested project. You confirm that you have necessary rights and permissions for submitted designs, logos, names, and likenesses. You are responsible for claims caused by your unauthorized content to the extent permitted by law. This production permission does not authorize us to use your project in public marketing without separate permission. Supplier and brand marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Approvals, cancellations, and defects
Our Ordering & Returns Policy and Artwork & Proofing Policy explain approvals, production changes, cancellations, and defects. Review the final proof and written order details carefully. Contact us promptly about any error or problem so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy.
Service availability and liability
We aim to provide accurate information and reliable tools but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free website access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use or an order, and our liability for an affected order is limited to the amount paid for that order. These limits do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable consumer rights, fraud, or intentional misconduct.
Disputes, changes, and contact
Please contact info@stitchdrip.com first so we can try to resolve concerns. Minnesota law governs to the extent permitted by applicable law, without limiting mandatory protections that apply where you live. Updates apply prospectively from their posted effective date; the terms accepted for an approved order govern that order unless agreed otherwise.
