Ordering, Cancellations & Returns
A clear path from your selections to an approved custom order.

1. Submit your request
Choose products, sizes, colors, quantities, and artwork or design instructions. Submitting your selections does not collect payment. We review the request and contact you with approval and purchase details after verifying the final price and available items.
2. Confirm your order
Review the written quote, garment selections, size breakdown, decoration locations, proof, delivery details, and timing. The confirmed quote states any taxes, shipping, special services, and payment arrangements. No minimum order quantity is required. Ask about business and organization pricing and included design services.
3. Production and delivery
Production timing depends on approved artwork, payment arrangements, supplier stock, project size, and decoration complexity. Embroidery digitizing can add time. Deadlines are estimates unless confirmed in writing. Shipping transit and supplier delays can affect delivery; contact us about time-sensitive projects before approval.
Cancellations and changes
You may request cancellation until production starts. Contact info@stitchdrip.com or 507-577-5225 promptly; we will confirm whether production has begun. Any nonrecoverable third-party or special-order charges must have been disclosed and agreed in advance. Once production begins, custom goods are final and cannot be cancelled or returned for a change of mind, size choice, or an error in customer-approved information. A change after approval may require a revised quote and schedule.
Defects, damage, and our errors
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order, contact us promptly with the order reference, affected quantities, and photos. Keep the items and packaging until we give instructions. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate correction, replacement, or refund as applicable. The custom-goods final-sale rule does not remove rights or remedies required by law.
Sizing and unaltered goods
Use the supplier size chart and ask about fit before approving. Customer-selected sizes and normal differences between screen previews and finished products do not alone establish a defect. Contact us before returning any item. Eligibility for returns of undecorated goods is reviewed based on the item, supplier requirements, and applicable law.
