Information you provide
We collect account and contact details, your selected sales representative, billing and shipping addresses, favorite products, carts, order requests, design instructions, uploaded artwork, and saved mockups. Please provide only information needed for your project. Do not upload sensitive personal information or files you are not authorized to use.
Information collected automatically
The site records first-party page and product views, device categories, and active browsing time to understand how the shop is used. These activity reports are aggregated. Hosting and security providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the service. Essential cookies or browser storage support sign-in, carts, preferences, and security.
Spam and abuse protection
We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to protect sign-in, account creation, contact requests, and order submissions. Google processes technical information such as browser, device, and interaction signals to assess abuse risk. This security service is separate from optional Google Analytics and runs when you submit a protected form. Google’s Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and Terms of Service (https://policies.google.com/terms) apply.
Google Analytics and your choices
If you allow optional analytics, we use Google Analytics to measure visits, sessions, page views, device information, engagement, and product interactions. Google may process technical identifiers and IP addresses to provide this service. Our tracking does not intentionally send names, email addresses, uploaded artwork, or private collection URLs to Google. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our site configuration. Use Privacy choices in the footer to allow or decline optional analytics. We also honor a supported Global Privacy Control signal for optional analytics. Declining analytics does not prevent shopping or submitting an order.
How we use information
We use information to operate accounts, save designs and selections, prepare quotes, communicate about projects, review orders, produce and deliver products, handle support, maintain business records, protect the site, and improve our services. Transactional emails may confirm an order request or request approval; they do not mean production or payment is complete.
When information is shared
Authorized Stitch Drip staff and assigned representatives access information needed to serve customers. Service providers support hosting, storage, email, customer management, analytics, and order fulfillment. Suppliers or delivery providers may receive details needed to fulfill an approved order. Google Maps, review links, and social links use third-party services governed by their own policies. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell customer information or use it for targeted advertising in the operation described here.
Retention and security
We retain information as needed for accounts, customer projects, fulfillment, business records, and legal obligations. Retention varies by record type and purpose. We use reasonable safeguards and restrict staff access, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your password and notify us if you suspect unauthorized account access.
Your requests
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing info@stitchdrip.com. We may verify your identity and retain information needed for transactions, security, or legal obligations. Children, location, and changes
Our account and ordering services are intended for adults and business representatives. Youth apparel can be ordered by an adult; we do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. We update this policy as practices change and post the effective date here.
